Going electric is two projects at once: the equipment and the programs that pay for part of it. We do both. Heat pump installation and ductless mini-splits cover the systems themselves, and oil and gas replacement covers the switch away from the boiler or furnace you have now. Mass Save rebate help and 0% HEAT Loan financing cover the paperwork, the order of operations and the lender steps, which is where most people get stuck. Every installation we complete is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty, and most projects use two or three of these services together.

Heat Pump Installation
A heat pump designed from your home's heat loss, installed cleanly and started up with a real walkthrough of every control.
Mass Save Rebate Help
Eligible whole-home installs in 2026 may bring a rebate of up to $8,500. We sort out the rules and prepare the claim so you are not stuck doing it.
0% HEAT Loan Financing
Up to $25,000 at 0% from participating lenders, with the proposal and forms they expect put together by us.
Ductless Mini-Splits
Room-by-room heating and cooling without ducts, right for triple-deckers, rowhouses and attic bedrooms.
Oil & Gas Heating Replacement
Take the old boiler out of service, or hold it in reserve as deep-cold backup on integrated controls, decided before work starts.
