Why We Took On the Paperwork
We started out installing heat pumps, and we kept running into the same problem. Homeowners wanted off oil, they had heard there was Mass Save money and a 0% loan out there, and then they stalled. Not on the equipment, but on the assessment, the weatherization requirement, the authorization form and the lender. Projects that should have happened in the fall were still sitting on a kitchen table in March. So we changed the deal. HVAC Financing Boston installs the heat pump and handles the program steps around it, from checking eligibility to preparing the rebate claim. We work in the triple-deckers, rowhouses, two-families and colonials of Boston and the nearby cities, most of them heated by oil or by gas boilers that have seen better days. We size every job properly, we keep the house clean and we tell people the truth about what their home needs.
